If you enter your e-mail address for which you have created a membership to grob.store and click on the "Forgot Password" button, your new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

After adding the product/s you would like  to buy to the cart, you could go to the payment page by clicking the "cart" icon on the right side of the screen and then complete your order.

2. Can I shop from anywhere in Turkey?

You could  complete your shopping by visiting grob.store from every country and city in the world.

3.Do your prices include VAT?

The prices of all our products are determined as VAT included.

4. Can I send a gift via grob.store?

We provide shipping with a gift package which will vary according to the product size and gift note, with the explanation you add in the description section when creating your order. 1. What are the payment options?

We accept payment by EFT and credit/debit card from any bank.

2.Can I pay at the door?

If you contact the customer service for the orders you will make through grob.store, you can pay by money transfer but payment at the door option is not available.

3. How can I use a discount code/gift voucher?

On the My Cart page by entering your coupon code suitable for the products in your cart in the "Coupon Code" field under the order summary screen and clicking the "Apply" option.

1. Is it safe to shop from Grob.store?

The information about the card you use while making the payment is encrypted using 128bit SSL and automatically reaches the bank where the payment transactions are made and provision is taken. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1.How does the product delivery take place?

Products purchased through grob.store are limited in stock. After the order, the stock status of the product is checked by the team. If the product/s is out-of-stock, we directly start to produce and deliver to you during the production period specified in the product details.

2. What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of all products you buy from grob.store within Turkey is 42 working days. In exceptional cases, this period may vary. In these cases, the buyer is informed. Deliveries outside of Turkey vary based on product and valid delivery time is 8-10 weeks.

3. Will I pay the shipping fee when I receive the product I purchased?

All Turkey deliveries are free for all orders you make from Grob.store.

4. Which shipping companies do you work with?

All orders you have made from grob.store are delivered by contracted transport companies or by means of vehicles and transport personnel of grob.store.
